Since you are about to download VigyaanCD free of charge (and without support), note that you are agreeing to the following download and software use terms. Do not download and use this software if you do not agree to the conditions below:

1. If not otherwise specified, software in the VigyaanCD package is provided under the terms of the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE (GPL). The source code of the standard packages on the CD are available from their respective original providers. Components of VigyaanCD developed at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, if any, are also made available under the terms of the GPL. By downloading this software, you are agreeing to use it in accordance with the terms of the GPL and all other component-specific open-source license provisions.

2. This is experimental software. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Vigyaancd.org (or any of its mirrors) can not be held liable under any circumstances for damage to hardware or software, lost data, or other direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of this software. In some countries the cryptographic software and other components on the CD are governed by export regulations and thus may not be freely copied as is otherwise normal for software under the GPL license. If you do not agree to these conditions, you are not permitted to use or further distribute this software. If you plan to commercially use or distribute (and sell) the software, you have to acquire the necessary licences and permissions from all software copyright holders of NON-FREE SOFTWARE componnents, or remove these components before distributing the software.
